We plan with an eye to the future and are by your side throughout the entire service life of your machine.

For you as a customer and us as a manufacturer, our journey together begins right from the assignment phase for your machine. As needed, we support you with project planning and together with you will find the ideal solution for your requirements. Through planning with foresight RKR considers smooth processes, maintenance-friendly conditions and a customised range of services from day one to ensure as much as possible the smooth operation of your machine – throughout its entire service life. With the RKR warranty extension you can secure the manufacturer customer service with price stability for up to five years. In combination with an RKR maintenance plan we take care of the maintenance in accordance to the operating instructions for you at a fixed rate – customer service and original spare parts included. This can already pay off in case of repair work. Furthermore, you retain full control of costs.

During the production phase your order is executed, preliminary and final results are checked as part of the accompanying quality assurance and the technical documentation is prepared. Supply or delivery of your machine takes place during the packaging and logistics phase – optionally with preservative packaging depending on the storage or transport conditions. During the setup phase we assemble and connect as well as install and correctly commission your machine at your plant if required. During the operating phase we will support you to ensure the value of your investment is preserved long-term: from preventive measures to troubleshooting and repairs and the delivery of original spare parts or replacement/stand-by stages by courier service. You can rely on us. At the end of the machine‘s lifecycle we will ensure its safe decommissioning, disassembly and proper disposal during the dismounting phase.
